Our Nursery

Welcome

Our school is a happy and thriving community, where children and adults work and flourish together in a culture underpinned by enthusiasm, encouragement and high expectations.

The school offers nursery provision for children 3 years and older.

We believe our school is the perfect start to your child's education and the school offers a warm and nurturing environment in which you child will flourish.

Newtown is an exciting place to be and we aim to send your child home each day full of enthusiasm and foster a lifelong love of learning.

We want your child to get the best possible start in life and we look forward to working in partnership with you, inspiring confident learners who will thrive in an ever-changing world.

We offer a high-quality Early Years setting as part of the school. Children will learn and play in a well-structured environment which supports a positive transition to their Reception year.

Parent Partnership

Enhanced by the strong partnership between parent/carer and teaching staff, our early years nursery and reception provision encourages your child to have a sense of belonging and ensures that they feel safe and happy.  Daily routines are followed within the setting so your child will develop confidence and independence at their pace, as they make friends and learn in our safe, engaging environment.

Staff liaise regularly with parents/carers to monitor your child’s progress and development. We want to support you and your child during their early years to make it a successful, stable and safe process.

We feel it is important for effective communication to ensure that information, knowledge and expertise is shared appropriately. Please find below some key information to support you and your child.
