Miss Roberts

I am new to Newtown this year and very excited to get started. My original degree was in Psychology which I loved and continue to be passionate about mental health. 

I was eager to have a career where I could make a difference and I have always enjoyed working with children, which lead me to teaching. My journey into teaching began with a PGCE in Shropshire, where I was fortunate to gain a lot of experience in different types of classes. This has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of working with a mixture of abilities and adapting lessons to fit the needs of the children in my class.
